This was the perfect hotel for sightseeing in Seoul as well as the rest of Korea

The rooms were well laid out for our large group. The rooms's amenities were nice.

The lobby was a little cramped when multiple guests were checking in or out.

Comfortable stay and good location

The aesthetic of the interior looks very pleasing with the modern Japanese-style design however we feel that the rooms and layout are kind of small.Location wise is definitely a plus as it is within 5 mins walk to the Seoul station & Lotte Mart, AREX directly connecting airport (approx 1hrs journey) and KTX to travel to other parts of South Korea

The toilet sink looks nice but not practical. Shower floor trap blocked after a few use and water couldn’t flow due to design issues. Basically we have to manually lift up the floor trap and clear the hair trapped. Hope the hotel could provide translation in foreign languages like English or Chinese on how to use the Remote control for the TV & Heater. Even with google translate it doesn’t help. Additionally Hotel charged 100% for the hotel stay to the credit card few days before check in and requested for another full payment at the reception and they promise will processed a refund of the earlier no-show payment which I personally think this admin procedure could be simplified.

Good accommodation

Very nice view both in the morning and evening and in a quiet area. Easy acces to supermarket and Seoul station, which made it easy to use the public transport to reach the different attraction sights and districts. The place is decorated so you achieve a calm base when in a busy city as Seoul.

Overall a very pleasant experience staying here :)

Loved the aesthetic of the place and the staffs were all very friendly. We bumped on them while we were out having lunch and they recognised us and came up to say hi too!

The room we got was rather cramped for 4 people. There wasn't enough space to put our luggages so we each had to take turns opening our luggages.

The location is very good , just behind the main station of Seoul .

The cleaning of the towel is not good . One day we got the cleaned towel which had stinky smell .

We would like to suggest that the apartment could put a netting on the bedroom windows. We got bitten very badly by mosquitoes. Other than that, we are happy with the stay.

Nice Japanese influenced decorated hotel but very small.

Rooms has very nice Japanese design style design. Conveniently located near Seoul main station. We had excellent views of the Seoul Station and surroundings.

Room was quite small for a family of 4. We barely had space to open our luggage. Shower was badly choked when we used it after a day out but we didn’t want to trouble the staff to fix it in a middle of the night. We had lunch at a Korean Restaurant next to the hotel, Gongil Kitchen and was totally disappointed with the staff’s attitude. Would not recommend eating there.
